When you fill out a quote form on this site or a lead form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we receive the information you enter: typically your name, phone number, email, project town, project type, budget range, timeline, notes and any photos you attach. This site also uses standard analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) that collect device and usage information, including pages viewed, approximate location and browser type, using cookies or similar technologies.
We use your contact details to respond to your request, schedule a site visit, prepare a quote and follow up about your project. We use analytics and pixel data to understand which pages and ads bring people to us and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. We do not sell your personal information.
If you give us your phone number we may call or text you about your project. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Service providers that help us run the business: our lead-tracking spreadsheet and email (Google), our advertising platforms (Meta, Google) for measurement, and our phone and texting provider. Each may use the data only to provide the service to us. We also share information when required by law.
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling (406) 207-2524. You can limit ad tracking through your browser cookie settings and through Meta and Google ad preferences.
